With over 15 years’ corporate experience across a wide range of industries, and 8 years of learning and development experience, Fleur understands the practical aspects of leadership and how to develop and get the most out of others.

Having enjoyed the coaching aspect of her corporate roles so much, Fleur completed further post-graduate studies in coaching and became a professional coach.

Fleur is passionate about helping managers successfully navigate the operational pressures to achieve results and is able to simultaneously motivate and challenge her participants to improve and try new ways of doing things.
