About

Catherine is a highly experienced HR/Talent Management professional with two decades of experience identifying and developing talent within organisations.  Prior to becoming a full-time coach and organisational development consultant, Catherine was the Global Director of Talent Management for FMC Technologies.

Catherine first became a coach working internally with managers whose career's were in danger of stalling. She found it very rewarding to see these managers overcome obstacles and get promoted.  Now, as a professional coach and consultant, Catherine guides others on their leadership journey and helps pave the way for change.
