I work within a local government organisation and manage 5 Long Day Care (Education and Care) Services and entry level Aged Care Services. My responsibilities include leadership and management across a diverse range of service responsibilities and activities as supported with approximately 100 staff, 50 contractors and up to 200 volunteers who collectively support 2,000 customers.
